World Police and Fire Games 2023: Cambodia’s Medal Tally Jumps to 60 as of Aug. 4

Cambodia has earned in total 60 medals – 24 gold, 27 silver and 9 bronze – in Wrestling, Swimming, Karate, Judo, Weightlifting, Indoor and Beach Volleyball, Table Tennis, and Wrist Wrestling from the ongoing 20th World Police and Fire Games 2023 in Winnipeg, Canada as of Aug. 4.

Of the medals, 15 were grabbed in Swimming, 12 in Wrestling, 11 in Wrist Wrestling, 8 in Karate, 5 in Table Tennis, 5 in Judo, 2 in Weightlifting, 1 in Indoor Volleyball, and 1 in Beach Volleyball.

Taking Place from July 28 to Aug. 6, the World Police and Fire Games 2023 attracted some 8,500 athletes representing law enforcement, firefighters and police officers from more than 60 countries across the world to compete in 63 sports.

Cambodia dispatched a delegation of 49 members, including delegates, coaches and athletes to contest in 76 events of 13 sports at the biennial games.
